Lazari Investments

One of central London’s largest private property companies, family owned since 1976, with around 105 buildings and 3 million square feet across the West End including Greater London House and 23 Savile Row. Site Sage has worked for Lazari since 2008 on construction health and safety: Pre Construction Information, Principal Designer duties, Health and Safety Files for funders, Construction Management Plan audits and Traffic Management Plans on West End fit outs and refurbishments, including Oxford Street retail.

Hornsey Housing Trust

A housing association founded in 1933, providing 394 homes for older people in Hornsey and Crouch End, North London. Site Sage is the Trust’s retained building consultant, project managing refurbishment and repair contracts across its estate, acting as Party Wall surveyor on works to its properties, and preparing building surveys and defect diagnosis reports. Site Sage also acts as expert witness in the Trust’s housing disrepair claims, instructed through its solicitors Trowers & Hamlins.

Spitalfields Housing Association

The UK’s largest Bangladeshi led housing association, established in 1979, with over 850 homes in Tower Hamlets. Site Sage acts as expert witness in the Association’s housing disrepair claims, instructed through its solicitors Capsticks LLP as defendant expert and as Single Joint Expert. Work includes inspections, CPR 35 reports, Scott Schedules and responses to claimant experts’ reports.

Vivendi Architects

An award winning North London practice specialising in residential conversions, mixed use developments and commercial projects, with LABC Building Excellence and Premier Guarantee awards to its name. Site Sage has worked with Vivendi for over fifteen years, providing Principal Designer and CDM services, Party Wall surveying and construction health and safety across their schemes in London.

Scott & Sampson Architects

A RIBA chartered practice established in 1977 and based in Barnet, known for bespoke, finely detailed one off houses in North London and the Home Counties, typically new build detached homes at the upper end of the market. Site Sage provides Party Wall notices and awards and Principal Designer services under CDM 2015 on their projects.
