Minimum fee of £550

Party Wall Matters
It is normal practice for Party Wall Surveyors to quote an hourly rate, a record of time is kept and an invoice amount calculated accordingly. However Site Sage have acknowledged that their clients prefer price certainty, we therefore try to give an accurate indication of the likely costs.

Building Defect Diagnosis
Our minimum fee of £550 under normal circumstances is the maximum amount you will pay for most Building Defect Diagnosis and Reports, however for larger properties with more than one main defect the fee will be more.
